Thanks to all those who joined us last night for the Boosters meeting. This is a summary of items discussed.

Thanks to all those who joined us last night for the Boosters meeting. This is a summary of items discussed.
- Monthly Booster Meetings will take place on Tuesday Evenings at 7:30, during rehearsal times. Please put these dates on your calendars:
- July 29
- August 26
- September 16
- October 21
- Tentatively, if desired after the show season ends: November 18 and December 9.
- Sub-Committee identified to continue refining the draft By Laws: Ramie Miller, Jessi Lyons, Nancy Heigle.
- The Draft By Laws will be presented at the next meeting on July 29 for a vote to adopt.
- If you have experience or a desire to help craft the By Laws, please respond and let us know!
- Election of board members - we also hope to complete at the July 29 meeting. We are in need of at least two more people to serve on the board. Please consider whether you can contribute in this way. If so, respond to let us know of your interest.
- Support of Band Camp - see previous email sent last night, and sign up to cover the needs!
- Communication Channels - We will use email and also a separate Boosters group chat on the GroupSpot App.
- If you are not yet on GroupSpot, use the GroupSpot QR Code in the Handbook sent home yesterday.
- Then, we will need to specifically add you to the Boosters Chat - let us know via email or PM Ramie Miller in the GroupSpot App.
